This page explains how the contact form on Santiago Martinez's portfolio handles information you choose to provide.

AI liaison conversations

When you chat with Briefly, your messages are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate responses. Conversations are not added to our D1 inquiry database unless you choose to submit a project inquiry with consent. We use a hashed daily network identifier for basic abuse prevention; the public website does not display messages.

What we collect

Your name, email address, optional phone number, your project description, and the time you submitted the form.

How we use it

The information is used to review your inquiry and contact you about it. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive details. Your inquiry is not publicly displayed.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database, separate from the public website files. Cloudflare processes technical connection information needed to deliver the site and the form.

Retention and requests

Inquiries are retained for follow-up and records until they are no longer needed. You may request correction or deletion by contacting shortcutssignalai@gmail.com.
